To alleviate and possibly reverse the psychological, neurological, and biochemical impact of trauma, deep work is essential. Online or in-person, this time is designated for individuals to process, explore and heal past hurt carried along that still impact our daily life . Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
